Le baton (Baton) is the French two handed long stick. A simple yet highly efficient weapon Le baton was integrated into the French army regiments and Savate salles during the 19th century.
The Joinville military baton system contains a history and tradition that can be traced back to the 1800s where its use was an important part of both commissioned and non-commissioned officer's physical training.
